All the steps, from the initial free discovery call to signing the agreement.

The Discovery Call is an introductory phone call, lasting about fifteen minutes. During the call our intent is to get a general view of your unique situation, what you need, and how we can best assist you.

In this step, our team will analyze your property to figure out how much its worth, and at what price you should rent it.
On-Site Consultation Click here
In the third step, we send one of our experts to the home to meet you in person. The purpose of this is to walk through the home and provide you with recommendations on how to best prepare the property to be rented.

In this final step, we finalize the contract for you to sign.

THESE ARE OUR STEPS

INTRODUCTORY CALL

During the introductory call, we will take time to address each of your questions and concerns and begin learning more about your home and its needs. If you filled out a form, there is nothing you need to bring in advance of the call. We do encourage those interested in renting out their home to look at our learning hub to learn more.

RENTAL ANALYSIS PREPARED

A rental analysis will help determine how much a competitive rent price for the area would be. Things to consider when conducting a rental analysis are what condition the home is in, what is in the local area, or if there are any amenities, such as a pool, that would make the rent higher. When a rental price is calculated, we look at other rental pricing within the area of the same size. We also consider the condition the home is in, where it is the location, and any amenities that may be of interest to potential renters, such as a pool.

ON-SITE CONSULTATION

There is nothing you need to prepare in advance of the on-site consultation, but it can be helpful to make a mental list of any known repairs or maintenance concerns. You can also note any questions you may have that were not covered during the introductory call, and ask them during the consultation.

If there are any known maintenance concerns or repairs that will need to happen prior to renting out the home, this is something to share during the consultation. You can also make note of any outstanding questions you have that were not answered during the introductory call.

AGREEMENT SIGNED

Now that the agreement is signed, we are prepared to begin helping you make any repairs or address any maintenance concerns! We will also begin marketing the property if you have moved out, and are ready for the tenant.

Because we are dedicated to helping you make the best choice for you and your property, if you are unhappy with renting out your property within the first 90 days, we will return all management fees, at no cost to you.
