How can I be assured that these services are completed?
A paid invoice will be submitted in your owner packet once the services are completed
Are these services tax deductible?
Generally speaking, property maintenance is tax deductible and most expenses related to your rental property are a deduction. However, we always recommend consulting your tax professional for confirmation.
Can I opt in or out of the services at any time?
As these services are used during a quarter period, a 90 day opt out notice is required.
Can you just fix these things when they break?
Yes, of course we can! We will continue to give you the same level of service that you have come to expect. Preventative maintenance is a choice that can help reduce larger expenses as they come up
