How can I be assured that these services are completed?
This is an opt-in program, so participation is voluntary. We value your choice and want to offer you the opportunity to opt in.
What if my unit doesn't qualify for particular services?
These packages were designed for customization in mind. You can pick and choose some different packages that meet your property’s needs.
What am I paying extra for these services?
We aim to ease the stress of property ownership. While most handle repairs and maintenance reactively, we prioritize preventative maintenance to protect your investment.
Do my tenants want these services done?
Some of these services are a benefit to your tenants, but most of these are a value to your property and preserve the value of your investment long term. All of the Peace of Mind Package is a benefit to you and not your tenants.
Are these services tax deductible?
Generally speaking, property maintenance is tax deductible and most expenses related to your rental property are a deduction. However, we always recommend consulting your tax professional for confirmation.
Can I opt in or out of these services at any time?
As these services are used during a quarter period, a 90 day opt out notice is required.
Can you just fix these things when they break?
Yes, of course we can! We will continue to give you the same level of service that you have come to expect. Preventative maintenance is a choice that can help reduce larger expenses as they come up.
